Paul Kozloski – Chairman and CEO
Paul Kozloski has been Chairman and CEO since the company’s inception in 2005. Immediately prior to joining Biomedical Synergies, Mr. Kozloski was President and Chief Operating Officer of American Tissue Services Foundation, a nationwide tissue bank and was previously employed by The American Red Cross and Owens & Minor Inc. in a series of sales and operations management positions of increasing responsibility.

Sylvester Williams III, BS MT(ASCP) SBB, CQA, CTBS - Vice President of Technical Operations
Sylvester Williams III is a twenty plus year hospital, tissue and blood banking industry professional; A Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) and Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) with specific expertise in the Quality and Regulatory requirements associated with laboratory testing, blood and tissue (HCTP) manufacture, release and distribution. He is also a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) with auditing experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, 21CFR58, 210, 211, 600, 610, 820, 1270 and 1271 as well as auditing experience with the industry standards for AABB and AATB.

Kozloski, PMP, GCP – Senior VP Project Management
Susan Kozloski is an accomplished project manager with over 18 years of experience in healthcare and IT project management. Sue earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), during which time she developed a working expertise in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) which is recognized as an American National Standard by ANSI and which has received ISO 9001 certification from the International Organization of Standardization. Sue has also earned a certification Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma along with a Certified Manager of Process Excellence for graduating with honors.
